4th Week

For the 4th Week of our INTRICT Class, we discussed about the different functions of Management.
There are 3 Levels of Management namely:
1.Executive Management
-This is the highest management position that focuses on the long range direction of the company. The executive managers are responsible for the strategic decisions of the company.
2.Middle Management
-The Middle Management is the one responsible for implementing the decisions made by the Executive Management. They are also responsible for the tactical decisions of the company.
3.Operational Management
-Supervises the production, clerical and other non management employees of the company. Responsible for making the operational decision that involves the day to day activities within the company.
